when adding runner or parts need very long time about half an hour,just in one computer. other computers are ok

Thanks for posting on this forum!!

 

What you described, looks as a graphic issue on this machine, and honestly, such a issues are difficult to address. However, there is a couple of things we can try to fix this limitation.

 

One of them would be to repair the installation of DirectX on Moldflow. For doing so, go to the unzipped installation folder and navigate to \CDROM1\3rdParty\DirectX and once there run the DXSETUP.exe.

Well, as I said, this is a complex issue. It seems that Synergy is able to load geometry, but not to add it in a later step. I am on the opinion that something get corrupted during the installation process. I would recommend to reinstall. However, if you want a further testing, I would recommend you to open a case to the Autodesk Technical Support.
