Moldflow Design 2018 License Error and OpenGL Error

I have an error about an inadequate OpenGL version every time I try to open Autodesk Moldflow 2018. All of my drivers have been updated to the fullest extent. I am running a Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB graphics card on a Windows 10 Home Operating System. I am using a student edition of Moldflow so I am apparently not privileged to have access to the Moldflow 2018.1 version that fixes my problem. Is there a way for me to fix this or should I just forget about ever using Moldflow? FYI, I am on a brand new computer now. I literally bought this new computer from Microsoft, updated it and then installed all new Autodesk programs. I had the same Moldflow license error 110 on my other, old computer. A clean uninstall, reinstall did not fix the problem.

Hi @ReachSLE,

Welcome to the Autodesk community and thank you for using the Adviser Forum!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing some difficulties with Moldflow Adviser and OpenGL compatibility. As you are running the Adviser education license you are correct in that you are only accessible to what is included under the Adviser 2018 education license download. As you have fully updated all drivers, the only thing I would advise you to do is download the Moldflow Adviser 2019 education version to see if this solves your inadequate OpenGL version error.

Let me know this this helps and if you have any more questions feel free to ask through the Adviser Forum.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if a post solves your issue or answers your question.
