Speed up graphics?

I ran the case of 5-7 million cell size and have flow trajectories. When I turn on and off the visualization of these trajectories, it took a couple of minutes until I actually see the results. Is there any way to improve this speed? At first I changed GPU from GTX 1060 to Quardro P1000, it did nor show any improvement. Secondly, I see task manger of Windows 10 pro, It seemed to me that this process does not use GPU at all (if this is true, then this process is independent of GPU).

Any opinion on this? Thanks!

Hi @Hjamespark,

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! You mention trajectories...are you talking about particle traces? How many traces do you have? Can you take a screenshot of your model and the traces? I am not sure we'll be able to do anything to significantly improve the lag here. Are you positive CFD is used your dedicated graphics card? The easiest way to check is to go to the "Start & Learn" tab and then click on About. Next select the Graphics info tab and make sure it is pointing to your NVIDIA card- not the built in CPU graphics card.

This is what mine looks like.
